Built-in Chrome support and a fix for connection failures on fresh installs.

What changed:

• Bundled the Chrome connection so no manual configuration or extra downloads are required.
• Fixed a bug that could stop Runner from connecting to Chrome right after a fresh install.

Why it matters: You can start using Runner with Chrome immediately after installing, and fewer people will be blocked by a failed browser connection on first run.
