Share conversations via link, send and receive messages from popular apps inside Runner, access Follow Up Boss data, and enjoy several reliability fixes.
What changed:
- Conversation sharing: create a web link for any conversation to share with others.
- Messaging integrations: send and receive from LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram without opening each app.
- Richer messaging behavior: attachments, reactions, and threaded replies are supported when using connected messaging apps.
- Follow Up Boss access: search contacts, view deals, and see recent activity from Follow Up Boss inside Runner.
- Chrome connection persistence: Runner maintains its connection to Chrome between conversations and reconnects after a browser restart.
- Reliability fixes: agents can now send messages and start conversations on your behalf again; ClickUp task creation no longer fails when an unexpected field is present.
