Export workflows to share or archive, and get a richer editor when drafting email replies.

What changed:

• Workflows: added ability to download a workflow to share or archive.
• Workflows: importing a shared workflow restores the full workflow so it can be run immediately.
• Email: reply composer upgraded to a rich text editor for better formatting.
